1. Shipping Rates & Destinations
- 48 Mainland U.S. States: All prices include standard shipping. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.
- Outside the Mainland U.S.: Orders shipped outside the 48 mainland states require additional shipping charges. Only smaller wall and table crosses (8" to 20" sizes) are available for international or off-mainland ordering. Buyers must submit a dedicated Custom Order Form to receive a shipping quote.
2. Handcrafted Build & Delivery Timelines
All cross products are custom-built in our
King William, Virginia workshop after your order is placed.
Estimated transit and preparation times include: - Small Crosses (8" to 24"): Ready to ship in approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
- Larger Crosses (36" to 120"): Ready to ship in approximately 2 to 6 weeks.
- Altar Floor & Pulpit Crosses: Ready to ship in approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
3. Shipping Carriers by Product Size
We utilize specialized carriers based on the weight, length, and dimensions of your box:
- Wall Crosses (8" to 16") & Table Crosses: Shipped via USPS or UPS.
- Wall Crosses (20" to 60"): Shipped via UPS.
- Large Church Crosses (72" to 120") & Pulpits: Shipped via Estes Freight.
4. Freight Delivery & Payment Guidelines
- Estes Freight Policies: Large freight shipments are pre-paid by Crossmember Crosses and deliver exclusively to church buildings, commercial business addresses, or local Estes terminals (no residential delivery available).
- Payment Methods: Secure, encrypted transactions are processed in USD ($) using major credit cards or supported digital wallets, with production beginning upon payment clearance.
