Important: Terms and Conditions

• Coverage: We repair or replace cross products with build-related structural defects for as long as the specific model remains in production.
• Exclusions: This warranty strictly covers structural construction defects. It does not cover cracks caused by humidity or environmental changes, natural wood color aging, or the normal wear and deterioration of the wood finish over time.

• Warranty Claims: The buyer is responsible for initial shipping costs to send the product to our facility for inspection. If a structural defect is verified, Crossmember Crosses will reimburse the customer's return shipping costs and cover all expenses to ship the repaired or replaced product back.
• Shipping Damage: Items damaged during transit qualify for a free return label. Crossmember Crosses will repair or replace the item and cover all associated shipping charges.

• Customer Responsibility: The buyer assumes 100% liability for the safe mounting, installation, and anchoring of the product.
• Liability Limits: We are not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or product failure resulting from improper installation, incorrect hardware, or inadequate wall support.
• Recommendation: We highly recommend hiring a licensed contractor if you are unsure how to safely secure your wall, altar, or pulpit cross.
