Thank you for supporting Crossmember Crosses. Because our crosses are individually handcrafted to order in your specific sizing choice, we maintain clear guidelines for returns, cancellations, and damages.
1. Damaged or Defective Items (Free Returns & Replacements)
- Shipping Damage: If your cross product arrives damaged from transit, please notify us immediately. We will send you a free return shipping label. Crossmember Crosses will repair the item or build a new replacement, covering 100% of all shipping charges.
- Structural Defects: If your cross has a build-related structural construction defect, it is covered under our Lifetime Limited Warranty. We will repair or replace it for as long as that specific model remains in production.
2. Standard Returns & Sizing
- Custom Sized Items: We build every cross to the specific height and dimensions selected during your order. Because these are custom-sized to your needs, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing choices, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please measure your wall, altar, or pulpit space carefully before purchasing.
- Natural Wood Variations: Wood is a natural material. Changes in wood grain patterns, natural color aging, or normal wear of the finish over time are expected characteristics. They are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
3. Order Cancellations
- Before Production: You may cancel any order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- After Production Begins: Once custom cutting and production begin, orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded. However, for our frequently ordered models, we may consider cancellations after production on a strictly case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if you need to request an exception.
