God created all people in His image, giving them the gift of life on this earth that He created. Because of the sin of Adam and Eve, their sin nature has been passed on to all generations. God required a payment for sin. Jesus Christ made that payment for sins judgement. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came down from Heaven to be conceived in a virgin by the Holy Spirit, born into human flesh. He then grew and lived a life committing no sin. He then made the one time payment for sin's penalty by shedding His blood and dying on the cross. After three days, He arose from the grave having conquered death, proofing He was the Son of God. Jesus Christ now sits on the throne of God as the King of kings and Lord of lords. His resurrection from the dead gives all who believe in Him hope and assurance of their future resurrection from the dead unto eternal life in Heaven. Whoever will believe in Jesus Christ will receive the forgiveness of their sins. Avoid God's eternal judgement in a place God calls Hell. Receive the gift and promise of eternal life in Heaven. Be indwelt with the Holy Spirit of God to empower them to have victory over present sin. A new life that is able to praise and worship God and obey God's commandments. God's Holy Scriptures are the guiding way to faith in Jesus Christ.
Luke 23:33 And when they had come to the place called Calvary, there they crucified Him, and the criminals, one on the right hand and the other on the left.
The Gospel - 1 Corinthians 15: 3 - 4 For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures,
John 8:24 Jesus said, "Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.”
Matthew 10:28 Jesus said, "And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."
John 3:16 Jesus said, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
2 Corinthians 6:2 For God says: "In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you. Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
If you sense God's presence right now that you need to be saved, you can by faith confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, and believe that God raised Him from the dead. The scripture below will tell you that. God then promises you that you will be saved immediately after you confess and believe.
Romans 10:9-10 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
After believing in Jesus Christ, the information below can be a guide and the beginning of your testimony going forward in your new faith.
Today I believed in Jesus Christ as My Lord and Savior. My sins are forgiven. I know I will not face the eternal separation and judgment of God in Hell, but have full assurance of eternal life in heaven. From this day forward I will begin reading and following the commands found in God's Word. I will tell others about my salvation in Jesus Christ. I will ask God to lead me to a local church gathering to join and worship Him with other believers. I will ask to be baptized following the command of Jesus Christ.
