Mounting Large and Heavy Church Crosses

Proper installation is essential for the safety and long-term performance of large wall-mounted crosses.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring the cross is installed safely. Please review our Disclaimer on the Policy page before installation. Policies
• Crossmember Crosses strongly recommends that large or heavy crosses be installed by a licensed contractor.
• Wall framing should include properly located wood studs to support the supplied mounting brackets.
• If wood studs are unavailable, appropriate metal fasteners or heavy-duty drywall anchors must be selected based on the wall construction and the weight of the cross.
• Mounting brackets are installed on the vertical member on cross sizes 36" to 96"
• 108" and 120" crosses include mounting brackets on both the vertical and horizontal members. For these sizes, the wall stud spacing (on-center measurement) is required so the horizontal brackets can be positioned correctly before shipment.
• Additional mounting brackets are available upon request. Additional charges apply.
