Lifetime Limited Warranty
All cross products are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in workmanship and structural construction for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
Natural Wood Characteristics & Finish Disclaimer
Every cross we build is handcrafted from solid, natural wood. By purchasing, you acknowledge that wood is an organic material subject to natural variations. The following conditions are natural traits of the material and are not considered manufacturing or workmanship defects:
- Grain & Knots: Natural variations in wood grain, texture, mineral streaks, and unique knots.
- Stain Absorption: Variations in color tone, saturation, and finish between individual pieces of wood, even when the same stain formula is applied.
- Environmental Reactions: Minor expansion, contraction, hairline checking, or slight wood movement caused by changes in seasonal humidity and temperature.
- Natural Aging: Subtle changes or darkening of the wood and finish over time due to UV and natural light exposure.
- Normal wear and tear
- Alterations or modifications made by the owner
- Misuse or accidents
- Fire damage
Backlighting Warranty
Backlighting components are covered by a one-year limited warranty. All warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
Returns Policy
Because all cross products are custom-made and stained after an order is placed, returns are accepted only if:
- We shipped the wrong size
- We shipped the wrong stain color
- The product was damaged during shipping
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the box, crate, and product on the day of delivery (required for shipping claims).
- Email us the photos of the damaged product.
- Save the original box or crate in case the product needs to be returned.
Note on Storage: Do not leave bubble wrap or foam in direct contact with the product during storage, as it may leave marks on the finish. Wood products should be allowed to breathe, as restricting airflow may contribute to surface drying or cracking.
If a return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.

Liability Disclaimer
Crossmember Crosses and crossmembercrosses.com are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our website or from the installation or use of our wood cross products. The customer is solely responsible for:
- Properly and securely mounting wall crosses, including ensuring adequate wood blocking or appropriate wall anchors are used.
- Any electrical work associated with installing illuminated or backlit crosses.
- Properly anchoring floor crosses and pulpit crosses to the floor.
Privacy & Data Security
We respect your privacy and value your trust. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information, name, phone number, or email address with any third parties. Any information collected during checkout is used strictly to process your order, process your payment securely via our payment gateway, and ship your cross to you.
