Crossmember Crosses strives to build our wood cross products to the highest quality of craftsmanship with the talents given to us by God. Most cross products are custom built after orders are received.
Returns: We accept returns if we shipped the wrong product, defective, wrong stain color, or damaged in shipping. We will email a free return shipping label for all returns or shipping carrier will bring a label when picking up box. Save original shipping box and packing materials if possible to ship with. After receiving returned product for inspection we will then build and ship replacement. No additional charges. Boxes and crates should be inspected immediately for any outside and inside damage the day of delivery. The bubble wrap or foam should be removed from the item the day of delivery to inspect product. If any damage is found a claim needs to be file as soon as possible by the customer or by Crossmember Crosses. Pictures should be taken of any damage of the box or crate and the item the day of delivery as a proof date if filing a claim. Do not store product with the bubble wrap or foam on the item because of potential marks that may appear and damage finish and possible unnecessary drying of wood if not allowed to get air that could cause drying cracks in the wood surface.
Warranty: Crossmember Crosses warranty covers for one year the sound construction of each wood cross product purchase when stored or used in a climate-controlled environment to regulate humidity. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, alterations made by owner, misuse, accidents, fire, and continuous exposure to the sun or extreme weather circumstances are not covered in the one-year warranty. Backlighting - Limited Warranty: 180 day full replacement. Our warranty is only applicable to the original owner of any of our products.
Disclaimer: Crossmember Crosses (www.crossmembercrosses.com) will not be liable for any losses and/or damages in connection with the use of our website or from the installation and use of our wood cross products. Customer is liable for secure wall mounting of crosses which means having proper and adequate wood blocking to secure any screws and fasteners to the wall, or proper anchors when there is no wall blocking. Customer is liable for any electrical work done with the installation of the cross. Customer is liable for anchoring floor and pulpit crosses to floor.
