- We ship with USPS, UPS, and Estes Freight based on the weight and size of box.
- All cross products are custom built in King William, Va after ordering.
Ready to ship time is approximate - Could vary based on quantity ordered.
- 1 to 2 weeks for smaller crosses / 8" - 24"
- 2 to 6 weeks for larger crosses / 36" - 120"
- 4 to 6 weeks for Altar floor crosses - Pulpit crosses.

Important Freight Delivery Information (For Crosses 72" to 120")
- No Residential Delivery: We do not ship large freight items to residential addresses.
- Delivery Location Options: All freight shipments must deliver to a church or a commercial business address.
- Terminal Pickup Option: Customers also have the option to pick up their order directly at their local Estes Freight terminal.
- Prepaid Fees: We handle all standard freight charges.
Backlighting
- LED Rope Light: Added in 2024, offers long-lasting brightness and minimal maintenance.
- Indoor - Outdoor LED rope light has a durable lifetime of up to 50,000 hours
- Incandescent Soft Glow Rope Light: Used on our 36" Tapered Beveled Crosses and our Traditional Wooden Crosses With Stained Glass Center Cross because of limited space for the LED Transformer. Used on all of our crosses prior to July of 2024. Less burn hours than LED
- Note: Previous customers who purchased our Incandescent Soft Glow Rope Light except for the 36" Tapered Beveled Crosses and our Traditional Wooden Crosses With Stained Glass Center Cross will need to order the 3/8" LED Cool White. The mounting track is for the 3/8" round rope light. If the mounting track you have is 1/2 inch it is probably to large and we can supply the 3/8" replacement track. You may also need some clips that go on the outside four ends of the cross and inside corners that we started using that may not be on many of the older crosses we sold. When replacing the rope light, you will need to take a few photos of the back of cross before removing rope light as a guide to reinstalling. We also have photo that are sent with the clips being used. We recommend having an electrician install the new track and rope light if needed.
- Call us with your cross size and we will figure what supplies you will need and the cost to replace the rope light.
- Note: Power cord and plug is attached to back of cross in the center of the crossmembers to plug into a receptacle or use with an extension cord. Contact us to let us know where the receptacle will be located.
- Very Important: Rope light should be replaced or turned off when any rope light bulbs are burned out.
- Note: We recommend always having a backup section of rope light for quick replacement.
- Accent Lighting: Is used instead of backlighting to shine on the cross and is especially useful with large heavy crosses by not having to remove from wall to replace the backlighting. View crosses with Accent Lighting

Mounting Crosses
Proper installation is essential for the safety and long-term performance of large wall-mounted crosses.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the cross is installed safely. Please review our Disclaimer on the Policy page before installation. Policies
- Crossmember Crosses strongly recommends that large or heavy crosses be installed by a licensed contractor.
- Wall framing should include properly located wood studs to support the supplied mounting brackets.
- If wood studs are unavailable, appropriate metal fasteners or heavy-duty drywall anchors must be selected based on the wall construction and the weight of the cross.
- Mounting brackets are installed on the vertical member on cross sizes 36" to 96"
- 108" and 120" crosses include mounting brackets on both the vertical and horizontal members. For these sizes, the wall stud spacing (on-center measurement) is required so the horizontal brackets can be positioned correctly before shipment.
- Additional mounting brackets are available upon request. Additional charges apply.
