Warranty

Lifetime Limited Warranty: All cross products are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in workmanship and structural construction for as long as the product remains in production.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Alterations or modifications made by the owner
• Misuse or accidents
• Fire damage
• Continuous exposure to moisture, sunlight, or other extreme environmental conditions that may damage the wood or finish

Backlighting Warranty: Backlighting components are covered by a one-year limited warranty.

All warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

Returns

Because all cross products are custom-made and stained after an order is placed, returns are accepted only if:

• We shipped the wrong size
• We shipped the wrong stain color
• The product was damaged during shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the box, crate, and product on the day of delivery. These photos may be required for a shipping claim.
2. Do not leave bubble wrap or foam in direct contact with the product during storage, as it may leave marks on the finish. Wood products should be allowed to breathe, as restricting airflow may contribute to surface drying or cracking.
3. Email us photos of the damaged product.
4. Save the original box or crate in case the product needs to be returned.

If a return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.

Disclaimer

Crossmember Crosses and CrossmemberCrosses.com are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our website or from the installation or use of our wood cross products.

The customer is solely responsible for:

• Properly and securely mounting wall crosses, including ensuring adequate wood blocking or appropriate wall anchors are used.
• Any electrical work associated with installing illuminated or backlit crosses.
• Properly anchoring floor crosses and pulpit crosses to the floor.
